1. Good Product - with some minor caveats
This device works pretty well with a few caveats. First of all, the overall feel of it is sort of "cheap" -- thin plastic, etc. However, after using it for about three weeks, I haven't had anything break, so I have to assume that they went with flexibility instead of rock solidity for robustness. The second item is that sometimes the connector for the iPhone doesn't seat easily. I think this is because of the universal clip they use for compatibility with various types of iPhone/iPod. Still, it's just a minor annoyance. The only real complaint I have is that instead of pulling the audio from the iPhone connector they make you use the audio jack for plugging in a jumper cable. This seems more than a bit silly to me to begin with, compounded by the fact that this 6" cable is quite possibly the worst cable I have ever seen. Almost every time I plug it in I have to twist one end or the other in the jack to get rid of a strong static hum on the line.

2. Dash board IPhone mount
Love it. It's great having the freedom of hands free. Also, I love listening to pandora in my car. I was able to mount it were I want it. It's just were I can see and use it without obstructing my view.

used product, not all pieces... not satisfied
After purchasing two other products (one through amazon and one locally), I was thrilled to find what I've been looking for - exactly. However, when the Dash View by ppyple arrived today I was so disappointed when I opened the product box. The dash View i has clearly been preowned as there are scratches where the radio digits should show when plugged in and things were missing, including the "wire holding cap" and the "driver" which the product description describes are included. I figured I'd try to contact the company and get replacement parts (thought I'd overlook the scratches as I was so excited to finally have something to use!). However, after 15 minutes on Amazon... I'm still no closer to finding a telephone number to call. Why should I pay for return shipping - again - when the product came incomplete? But the Amazon setting do not allow this nor do they allow for exchanges. And I cannot contact the company directly. It's a no win situation. So, if you work for this company,...
