This Car Mounts give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Great idea for phone mount but...
I love the mount, using the console cup holder is a great idea, but no matter how much I tighten the base, there's still a slight wobble. I realize not all cup holders are the same: there are three in my car's console and all are different sizes. It's only a small wobble.

The only other issue I have with the device is power. I love the powered USB ports built in to the base of the holder. I even found a 6-inch USB cable that's perfect. I do wish the device would charge at the AC charging rates (~1A) rather than the USB rate (~500mA). I typically use my phone for navigation and to stream music while driving. Doing both while charging from this device uses more current than the charger supplies, running the phone's battery down on long trips.

Otherwise, this is a welcome addition to my car.

Convient in Mazda CX-5 with Galaxy Note 2
I use this in my 2013 Mazda CX-5 for displaying and charging my "LARGE and IN-CHARGE" Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
The set-up in my Mazda CX-5 is perfect for this type of mount. The cup holder is in the center console and very easily reachable while driving.
Make sure that you check your vehicle settings before buying this though, my old VW Jetta 2002 had a WIRE-FRAME FLIP-OUT CUP HOLDER and this thing definetely wouldn' work in it. USB cHarging is as good as my Galaxy Note's AC charger. The head is adjustable to be in landscape or vertical.
This thing also let's you plug in a passenger's phone to charge. All around great product.
